Products & Availability

All products are handmade to order unless stated otherwise. Each item is crafted individually, so slight variations in colour, pattern, or fit may occur — this is a hallmark of handmade goods and not considered a defect.

• Product images are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly between screens and fabric dye lots.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

• We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe.
• Payment is taken at the time of order.
• In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery

We offer free delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.

• Standard delivery: 5-10 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet entered production or been shipped. After production/shipping, cancellation is subject to our standard returns policy.

All content on this website - including designs, text, images, logos, and product photographs - is the property of Vienne Attire unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
